Started taking fish oil, don't know why it helps but my back is getting better

I have mixed view of chiropractors but hiking down the mtn my foot slipped on a slanted ledge and I fell on my hip. I think my low back got a crack similar to what the chiropractor used to do and my back is better. I had some pain radiating into my buttocks and hamstring now gone. Don't try this at home.
