I love Anna, and her workouts! They’re definitely killer haha, I love that she doesn’t promote the whole “get abs in 2 weeks” or “burn 1k calories with this workout!“

When she did the body check videos. She didn’t realize initially that it was harmful to others with ED’s of all sorts. She also realized it was harmful to her mental health.

So she doesn’t do that anymore. But she encourages people to keep moving and not feel bad about their bodies because our weights and appearance changes daily if not multiple times through the day

Am I the only one who talks to herself when she's cooking the way Abbey does? "So here I have some healthy fats in my avocado, some fiber in my broccoli and beans, and some color and texture with my pepper and carrots. All in all, a flavorful, balanced meal - and balance is what we're going for."

Straight up one of the best videos I've seen from you, referencing how dieting/eating extremely healthy can literally dominate your outlook and how that is dysfunctional. Thank you for spreading the good word. I have recently started adding ghee or grass-fed butter and some pink salt to my al-dente steamed veggies and it has made a massive difference in my satiation and mental outlook.I realized prior to having healthy fat with my meals, I was constantly under eating and therefore obsessed with eating, even though it was always healthy.
Cheers <3

I rarely do yt workouts anymore because I'm lifting weights in the gym but Anna is a great person with a healthy mindset. Considering she made it out of an ED herself it's even more impressive

As someone who suffered/suffers from an ED you putting that disclaimer means so much.

I would love to see a video from you about full fat vs low fat vs non fat dairy products! I feel like there is a lot of controversy going around that subject, expecially what it comes to the saturated fats that the dairy might include.

For the side by side comparison and her talking about not working out for aesthetics, she used to have an eating disorder, she didn’t eat almost at all, and she was very skinny and lost her period, so she started eating more and changed her priority from weight loss to being healthy, she wanted to get stronger healthier, happier, so she went from skinny and having an eating disorder to fit and happy

I love Annas Workouts, don’t use her recipes since I‘m vegan, but I also love her not so toxic titles and that she’s not sixpack-shredded pretending to be super healthy🙋🏼‍♀️Don‘t like the occasional bodychecks though🥴 She also promotes the right weightloss free reasons to workout😌 But Abbey, could you do a video on Dr. Gregers nutrition facts? An eye-to-eye discussion would be pro level, maybe one day, but I find his content pretty legit and would like your opinion on it…🥰✨

One of my favourite videos from you! - Genuinely really insightful commentary, and its always reassuring to watch one of your videos and have educational resources to combat some of the more reactive, intrusive thoughts I have on occassion when it comes to eating and what that should look like. Really valuable content to have within reach, so thank you!

I loooove her workouts. Unfortunately I don't have the time to try replicating her food shorts on YT but I appreciate that she also shows that she loves eating out as well and having fun.

Whenever I have a bigger breakfast or eat a bigger lunch than usual, I remind myself that front loading calories makes sense, which I learned from your videos ☺️

I love your last point on that "body" check. As it goes for so many topics on social media. I'm currently taking a break, as I noticed my looks have such an impact on my performance in reels & tiktoks, even if they aren't supposed to be makeup related. I find that heavily irritating, because that's not who I wanna be, but I catch myself subconsciously taking that into consideration.
Seriously, it's a struggle. And I'm mostly posting hair content😅

I feel like this video was pretty biased. I just saw a tiktok from this girl (the one with the sunset walk which was a full day of eating) and it def did not seem like she ate enough in it. There were also a lot of comments about how it wasn't enough as well.
