I do respect her for being honest, so many celebs lie and lie about what they eat. Saying they eat pizza, burgers what have you, then the public feels bad for eating the 'same' things and not being just as thin. At least she showed how unhealthy it is to achieve her thinness.

I do like that at least Victoria admits how she lives. She’s not one of those extremely thin models that insists they eat pizza and junk all the time and live just like us regular people.

He sure loves her. He stated the fact without putting her down, so that people won't call her names. There's something deeply unhealthy about her eating habits, for sure, but he respects her decision not to share meals with him. He is a decent man, indeed.

I understand the clickbaity title, but I think it would be a lot better if you titled these something like “dietician transforms celebs day of eating” or something that makes it clear you’re not actually eating their diet for the day but making it more nutritionally dense

As a Mexican, PLEASE, please, please put the tortilla at least for a minute on a pan (no need of any oil or butter they don’t stick). Loved the taco, but it was driving me crazy seeing the uncooked tortilla 🙈🙈🙈 the best flavor is when a tortilla is cocked and a little bit tanned

The tingling is definitely from the Kiwi. Every time I’ve eaten kiwi by itself, I’d get a little tingling sensation in my mouth.

I remembered reading about Victoria's long haul flight routine in the late 90's, which described her only drinking coffee and lemon water, because eating will make bloat. I was 18-19 years old at the time and I remembered how I was so impressed by her "willpower" to stay off food and that indirectly messed my relationship with food for a long time. Mann..that was a weird time to be a teen. Skinny ill looking girls (nicole/paris and at a time even hillary duff when she got really skinny) were seen as role models, mostly for their willpower to get that thin.

that bit when you talked about someone’s diet becoming who they are… it hit home for me. (dump incoming) i have a thyroid disorder and had to go gluten free a number of years ago, and my mom did too out of solidarity (not the best idea for someone who tolerated gluten), but now has a ton of “allergies” that caused her to eliminate essentially everything out of her diet except for fish, some vegetables, and other “clean” foods. every time she calls me it’s always to talk about the food she makes and she sends me really bland recipes similar to the ones in this video. i’ve struggled with disordered eating in the past and i hate seeing my own mom going down this road. so i asked her about it when i was back home to visit and she got defensive and yelled at me for being concerned. but she’s slowly withering away and idk what to do about it. but thank you for validating this point, it’s a comfort in itself to know i’m not alone in recognizing that this is a problem

To me, health is freedom and being in sync with your body. There is a big difference between being disciplined and being restrictive. Variety is essential for gut biodiversity 💖

That tingling sensation is an oral allergy syndrome (or something like this). I have it after literally 90% of fruits.

It made me really sad to hear how delighted david was that she tried something off his plate, makes you wonder what other happy memories theyve missed out on together because of her disorder 😢

Your video title is complete clickbait. You haven't attempted anything, it sounds like you have just eaten what you always eat and argueing you're a too busy mom to do whatever Victoria does. Nothing wrong with that, but then just don't do a video about "attempting" someone elses diet or simply change the title so it actually fits the content.
