I look in these comments, and dang! Miserable people are everywhere in here assuming your calories and saying you don’t eat. People will hear what they want to hear and look at what they want to look at. Just keep going and ignore these people because you’re doing just fine!

Some people need to understand that other people don’t need to eat that much to be satisfied

Edit: a lot of people are saying that she’s not actually nurited and that she needs to eat more food. Maybe she wasn’t hungry today and didn’t feel like eating that much, and maybe on other days she eats more.

Y‘all have to admit that smoothie makes you FULL full for hours. Plus she‘s drinking *a lot* which also makes you quite full.

guysss stop bothering her! she’s allowed to eat whatever she wants, not everyone has to have like 5 giant meals a day. plus it’s not “body checking”, someone standing in front of a camera introducing themselves is okay.

Everyone in the comments is oblivious to the fact that smoothies can be up to 600 calories and she put bananas on it, hummus is also super high in calories, not to mention chips, pasta and bread. PLUS she's super tiny, has a petite body frame AND she's asian. She doesn't need to eat more than 1400-1500 calories per day.

Guys there are some days when you’re not hungry or don’t need much to feel full. Some people have those days often. Everyone is different don’t try to eat like other people because you’re not them.

as someone who is skinny, prob a bit bigger than you, ppl always assume i’m not eating more cuz i’m restricting. i eat till i’m full if that’s wrong i don’t know what’s right. everyone should just eat as much as they need to feel full

As soon as y'all see a skinny girl not lie it's instantly "oh she has an ed" "this is harming me" "you're going to harm other people". How? Because she listens to her body and has what she wants? Not everyone is hungry like that, and to shame that is horrible. When people overeat it's always mainly positivity, but a skinny girl exists and eats in her body and you have the gaul to say stuff like this? Insane. She's not an athlete, she's not a technician of some sort that is gone 24hrs or more, so of course she probably won't eat that much, the desire isn't there for her. Just because you think about food a lot doesn't mean she does, she deserves respect. And if her natural desires HURT you or make you feel bad then that's YOUR problem, someone else eating patterns shouldn't affect you and if they do you need to look deeper into why that is. If you have an ed, you shouldn't be looking at food content unless it's learning to cook a new recipe. Stop shaming a woman for eating what she wants, there are plenty of other skinny girls that eat a lot that you can go watch and some that eat little.

i just calculated the calories and your daily intake was 1, 800. this is perfectly normal for your gender, height, and activity level! i am literally a dietician, please don't listen to these idiotic comments. most people don't calculate their calories right or even know their bmr. if anything you just need to incorporate more proteins and fibers. that's it. you eat perfectly fine girl 😭

It’s what she wants to eat. If that’s what it takes to fill her up for the day then that’s what she should eat, it’s none of your concern to comment on it!
