Another great workout Coach Greg! This was simple, yet pretty effective as I feel it specifically in my mid section. I also appreciate the warm up and cool down/stretching.

I never thought I would say this but I’m liking squats and reverse lunges more and more. Even though I feel like a newborn colt with shaky legs, I can tell they’re getting stronger. Woo hoo! 🎉 Thanks Coach for another feel-good workout! 😊

Excellent cardio workout. I used 5lb dumbells throughout the entire workout. I wanted to challenge myself and give it that extra push. Felt great 👍 Definitely got my heart rate up 😅 and a little sweat going. Thank you Coach Greg!
