Smoked Jalapeno Poppers with Bacon | Traeger Jalapeno Poppers

This video is how to make Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Jalapenos. It is so simple to make.
It is a quick and easy recipe that is only 4 ingredients. If you love Jalapeno Poppers, you will love this!

STEPS

Set Traeger temperature to Smoke and preheat

Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise. Scrape out any seeds and ribs with a small spoon or paring knife. Mix softened cream cheese with Traeger Pork & Poultry rub and grated cheese. Spoon mixture onto each jalapeño half. Wrap with bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Place the jalapeños on a rimmed baking sheet. Place on grill and smoke for 30 minutes.

Increase the grill temperature to 375℉ and cook an additional 30 minutes or until bacon is cooked to desired doneness. Serve warm, enjoy!

Great video. I liked to use shredded parmesan instead of shredded cheese but I never would have thought to use rub in the cream cheese. Thanks for the recipe.

I’m from Texas! These poppers are an every day thing. Living in Tampa now. Just put some on the grill. Not following the exact cooking directions as this video, but they will come out just right!

Do not cut them that way, Just cut the top off& core it with a call spoon, Pipe in your filling & wrap it
