The BEST Jalapeño popper recipe. I sliced the jalapeños and stuffed them with my cream cheese mixture. Wrapped them in bacon and smoked them for almost 90 minutes with Hickory pellets. These jalapeño poppers will make you a party favorite and will be requested all the time. ENJOY!

Helpful hint for you all so the cheese doesn't fall out!: Don't cut the entire end of the Jalapeno off.. only the stem. Cut the pepper in half and 1/8th inch from the end, make an incision through the small membrane at the top of the pepper.. Take a spoon and place it in the grove and clean the seeds out by pulling towards the end of the pepper.. Fill Popper with your favorite filling and either wrap with bacon or cut pieces to cover the top.. bake and enjoy! :0),
