I'm going to try it with some Earl Campbells Hot n. Cheddar sausage

Something I do is I'll take regular cream cheese seasoning of choice and a half cup of cheese. Blend it all together. Add hot sauce.
Then don't slice them but core them and keep them hole. It's a better bite that way.
