How do you prevent the cheese from melting and running out?

Why are there so many people who can't or barely cook online thinking people want to see their halfass creations. Making stuff a seven year-old can figure out without their help. Besides, I have no respect for anyone who doesn't shred their own melting cheeses. No, I don't want it nor need any of the celluose in my cheese as a non-binding agent. I'll just shred some fresh every couple days into a Tupperware bowl or whenever.
