Smoked Bacon Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers On A Pellet Grill | Smoked Jalapeño Poppers

Smoked bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers are absolutely delicious, and cooking them on your pellet grill makes it even easier! I smoked these jalapeno poppers on my Pit Boss Pro Series 1600 using Cookin' Pellets Hickory pellets. The total cook time was about an hour at 250º, so these are definitely worth cooking for your next get together, party, football Sunday, or just for an afternoon snack! What I love most about smoked bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers is not only how easy they are, but also how delicious they are! They require minimal ingredients, and everybody is sure to love them! Those look great Darrin, can't wait to try them. Had them once at a friend's place but without any glaze. That's a great finishing touch. I have a friend in Heron Lake, Minn.

Had to revisit this because I did some experimenting today and adding taco seasoning to the cream cheese is unreal

Tried these tonight and they were delicious. For the sauce/glaze at the end we found this maple bacon bbq sauce that was delicious. This is only the third thing we’ve cooked now on our new Traeger Silverton 620 from Costco. I was surprised, to get to the point where the bacon looked crisp enough before saucing, it took 3 hours not 1. Hmm tomorrow we are trying a brisket with your 300F guide, a little worried it will take longer than yours. Lol

For a little change up I use pineapple cream cheese. Really helps out with the heat when you leave some of the veins intact. And the Shullsburg white cheddar spread is also an awesome cheese for poppers.

Those jalapeños look damn good! Honey bbq rub is an awesome choice for some sweetness on these. To video bro
