@ Cowboy Kent Rollins, Kent my good friend & Christian brother, very nice recipe & these are delicious & we grow a variety of peppers in our garden to stuff & grill with all kinds of ingredients. A tip for you I learned from a BBQ master, take a zip lock bag & put all your filling in it & cut a slit off a bottom corner( will work like a pastry piping bag) squeeze the filling into the pepper & use a spoon handle to pack it tight if needed, it works brother & less chance of tearing your pepper. I just love the peppers that I core out, stuff with cream cheese and wrap with bacon.
Then grill, broil or bake them.

My dad took me to Chillicothe Missouri where he was born and took me to a restaurant there that served fried catfish and hush puppies in 1976 and it was the best fish I ever tasted came out of the Grand River in Missouri. 😎👍✌️ Miss my dad God rest his soul he was a veteran in the Navy. 😎👍👍 And my grandfather was a corporal in the Marines in world war I. And my mother's maiden name was Middleton and my ancestors on her side was Arthur Middleton who signed the declaration of Independence which I am proud of.
