Smoked jalapeno poppers are one of my favorite finger foods. They are spicy, sweet, savory AND easy to make. With the big game right around the corner, be sure to check out my recipe for the best smoked jalapeno poppers.

I used cream cheese and shredded cheddar, but you can substitute with your favorite cheese. You can also add different proteins to mix it up, such as shredded chicken or pulled pork. The sky is the limit when it comes to poppers.

Awesome video. I always add green onions, worcestershire sauce, garlic and onion powder to the cream cheese/ cheddar mix. Gives it an extra savory punch!

You're right about the filling...I always use ground Italian sausage mixed with cream cheese for my filling. And I brush it with cherry bbq sauce at the end to get that sweet and heat.

New to smoking but not making poppers on the grill. I just pop off the steam but leave the end. Helps keep stuff from oozing out. Jalapeño bombs! I like to make stuff "bite sized" wrap it in bacon and then they become bombs!!

Awesome video! I sometimes have an issue with the bottom side of the bacon not being cooked well enough. But it appears that everything else is done. Any tips? Weber Kettle charcoal grill btw for me. Thanks! Keep doing good work these are fun to watch.
