Or just sundry them and store in an airtight container. Or after sun drying you can simply turn them into red chilli flakes.
Which can be
added to any dish.
Sprinkled on pizza.
Used in marinating.
Used to make chilli vinegrette.
Used to make chilli oil.

... I mean you can just leave em out, they dry pretty quickly, that's how you save the seeds anyway and then you can grind em up or just throw em in whole when your cooking

In Asia ..garlic chilli oil is common.Eaten with noodles or rice.Can be usedto add flavor to mix fried vegetables or like dipping sauce

This sounds pretty good. But I prefer to drop the oil all over dried gochugaru (or other dried chili) and watch it sizzle!
