5 Unconscious Signs Your Ex Wants You Back by Clay Andrews

Let’s talk about the five signs that your ex wants you back. You can remember these five signs by remembering the acronym CAPET.

C is for when they contact you. If they are actively reaching out to you, or calling you or texting you in anyway that means you’re on their mind. You’re on their mind so much that they want to be in touch with you and communicate with you. This shows you that they are care about you enough to keep in touch with you.

A is for Approval. This can take on different forms but the bottom line is they seek you out because they want your approval. They tell you about things that are important to them. They tell you about their achievements in hopes to seek your validation.

It can come in the form of competing with you. They will try to show that they are doing better than you. This is because they feel insecure and need validation from you that they are doing well.

P stands for the personal questions they ask from you. They want to know how you’re doing, what you’re up to and what’s going on in your life. This will show you that they actually still care about you and that they want, to know how you're doing.

E stands for when they act emotional.
They might be hot and cold towards you because they are not sure about how they feel about you. Showing any type of emotions wether its love or hatred is a good thing because it means they still care.

T stands for touch. It’s the final sign and it’s for when they actually physically touch you. This is something that people don't really do unless they actually like someone. This can come in the form of a playful nudge or even holding hands.

So if you’re having a hard time and you’re struggling on your journey to winning your ex back, you can remember CAPET.

Thank you for this video and I can't wait to get started with your class so to say. My ex and I are going through a second break up over a misunderstanding because I sent a text meant for a friend to him making a joke about a guy flirting with and getting aggressive, I was actually being sarcastic. I didn't find out till I sent him a text after both of us not talking for more than month telling him if he needs his space he has it, but I'm not going to wait for him and I wished him well it life. ( Don't worry my text was extremely nice and understanding, even polite.) He got back to me, Thanking me and we started talking and he said that with the next guy in my life that when I found out about the text and that he thought that my friends got to involved in my relationships. I didn't argue like your videos suggest and I apologized, but was honest about knowing that I sent the text, but I forgot what it was about I just knew that it to the wrong person and I apologized again. He said to quit apologizing and the damage was already done and he was over it after I told him nicely that he should of told that I had upset and that it always drove me nuts that he never said anything was wrong like the first break up. That by not communicating it just leads to a misunderstanding and the other person left in the dark not knowing. We text a little more and I told him that I'd always be his friend and he said that he was my friend as well and he was also saying that he just wanted to be alone before he said this and I empathize. I left it on a friendly note that one day when we were both ready I'd like for him to come see me no strings attached because he did help name a businesses that I'm starting by giving me a certain nickname and I Thanked him for getting to know the real me. I know that you said anger, emotional are good and that being in the friend zone isn't all bad. I'm just not going to treat him like a girlfriend and text a million times a day every day. I'm going to wait until my businesses open up, I'm done with school, I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get my Jersey Boy back no matter how long it will take. Once again I can't wait to learn more from you and your course.

How or why should I change, if the sole reason my almost girlfriend stopped dating me, is that my sister's friend was in the city and I let her stay at my and my sister's place and showed her the city without any flirtatious intension, but also without my sister accompany us?
