Get a full upper body workout from the comfort of your couch in only 14 minutes. You heard the lady.

Since I injured my hip (somehow?), I haven’t been able to do anything but some core activation and upper body exercises. I’ve been doing some form of these exercises every other day, and love them a lot. Hope you do, too!

Remember to keep your core tight throughout the duration of these exercises, but especially during the medial raises.

This was me a year ago when I broke my toe. You can totally work out on a chair, don't get discouraged. When I could get to the floor, I started doing pilates; very healing and keeps you strong! Good luck!

Thankyou so much i am doing this exercise while on my periods bcoz my stomach hurts like help so i can't do my workout but this help me to do easily and continue my workout after periods without stopping
