Get a full upper body workout from the comfort of your couch in only 14 minutes. You heard the lady.
Since I injured my hip (somehow?), I haven’t been able to do anything but some core activation and upper body exercises. I’ve been doing some form of these exercises every other day, and love them a lot. Hope you do, too!
Remember to keep your core tight throughout the duration of these exercises, but especially during the medial raises.
