Well Jordan thank you so so much! I had foot surgery three years ago… Long story short we’re still trying to figure out why I am in so much pain. Possibly something called CRPS. In that three years I took a hard fall in a driveway and now I have complete tears in my infraspinatus and supraspinatus rotator cuff. That is in operable other than a full shoulder replacement which the doctor says I am too young for. I am 58 years old. I was never super thin or would consider myself a gym rat but exercise mentally did a lot for me and in the three years since my surgery I have gained 65 pounds. Putting me over 300 pounds. The only piece of equipment that I can use with minimal pain is a recumbent stepper. I have become so deconditioned and disgusted with myself I found it so hard to just get on that piece of equipment. This morning I found your seeded demonstration for the upper body. While I didn’t use weights or a band I completed 20 min of cardio While doing the routine. I have to say I just finished and my heart is smiling so BIG!
