Day 1

1 tbsp flax
A little coconut oil
*I added protein powder
(bake 20 mins @ 350°F)
ingredients for the cake:
- 3 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinammon
- sprinkle of nutmeg
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp applesauce
- 3 tbsp plant based milk
- 3 tsp grated carrot
- and as much chocolate chips as u like
FROSTING:silken tofu blended with 1 tbsp of maple syrup
microwave 2 mins
DAY 2
OATS:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup oat milk
1/2 cup df yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1.5 tbsp maple syrup
* I added protein powder
GANACHE
3 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp df yogurt
2 tbsp oat milk
1/2 cup df yogurt
1 tbsp maple syrup
* I added protein powder
1 3/4 cups (220 gr)sifted whole wheat flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (115 gr) vegetable oil
3/4 cups ( 150 gr) brown sugar
140 ml Aquafaba ( water in canned chickpeas)
1/2 cup (120 gr) plantbased yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cups (160 ml) plant milk
1 1/2 cup ( 250 gr) fresh or frozen blueberries
Biscoff spread and a couple biscoff cookies
[25 mins @ 350°F ]
Half a banana
1 tbsp plant based milk
1 tsp sweetner (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
A tiny pinch of salt
1/4 cup oat flour
As manv chocolate chips as vou
want!
Microwave: 1 minute
Day 3
Day 4
Day 5
Sub egg for flax egg
DAY 6
50g oats 30g protein powder
180 ml almond milk
1/4 cup applesauce
1 tsp flaxseeds
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 spoon biscoff
(fill center with biscoff and cover + air fry at 350°F for 10 mins)
DAY 7
Pb & J CHOCOLATE SHELL OVERNIGHT OATS
Oat base: 1/3 cup oats + 1 tbsp chia seeds + 1/4 cup vegan yogurt + 2/3 cup almond milk + 1 scoop protein
Add layer of peanut butter, then add layer of melted chocolate (1 square of chocolate + 1 tsp coconut oil)
Add sea salt
Refrigerate overnight
