30 Minute Power Yoga Class

This is a thirty minute power yoga class. There are options for modifications throughout, so it's okay for people new to yoga (though I wouldn't say it's appropriate for absolute beginners). This is a vinyasa yoga class. Vinyasa means 'movemen't, so we will be constantly flowing and moving through the practice. If you're looking for a slower style with long holds I would recommend a hatha yoga practice. As always, honor your body, and work within a pain-free range.

When I was on my tippy toes around the 15 minute mark and you said something like, "if you fall down who cares just get up again" i felt stronger and held the pose more steadily. Being reminded that it's not about being perfect makes it easier. Thank you.

The best total body yoga I've done. Candace is an excellent instructor: softly instructing and explaining. Closest I've come to Swan pose.

I love this practice Candace . You are my hero. I have been practicing your yoga since last year and not only have I toned up and lost weight. I still have to lose around 7 kilogram but Im in no rush. So my hands kept slipping and I bought a yoga mat after 6 months of practice and even then it slipped so I finally used a beach towel over the yoga mat and I felt wonderful practicing today. No slipping at all. Belated Happy Women's Day

I really enjoyed this yoga class. It was challenging but very doable. She was very real and gave us a good nice long time at the end there to really just take a break from life. I like it a lot. Thank you!

I like better these kind of practices where you teach the class in the video as you move, rather that the other ones where its a voice over the video, so thank you... i loved this one!

This time around I've managed the crow pose. This makes me feel so positive - as I can see that it helps to stick to something and keep practising in my own time! As I said before, I'm so glad I found your channel, I really like the way you're teaching.

What a great practice! I like hearing your voice real time in the lesson. I also like how you say "do your vinyasa and we will meet again in downward dog" Other highlights, "If you fall, who cares" and Garland pose felt really great, as did 'funky side plank". Much appreciation Candace :)
