I recommend you to everyone I know interested in yoga. Your power yoga classes are both mindful and physically challenging. It's a gem. I keep repetitively doing this sequence, no complaints but I'd be so happy with more cardio videos like this one. Much love xx

Travis I live virtually like a “cave woman”, in the mountains. I had to get away from people. I started yoga 3 years ago .. finding various online teachers but Knees and hips wrists were hurting and my being still angry.
But then I found you. Kinder, lovable, humble and bestest the humour . Your class shine from the underbelly of your beautiful heart and after 3 months I am first time sunny Shining too.

Once again my body and mind are feeling incredible after practicing with you! I felt stronger after every round until he said “9 more just like that” I almost laughed and thought about going into child’s pose for a few but Travis Elliot is an amazing teacher and somehow kept me pushing through when I thought I was done. I really enjoy how he makes me smile while kicking my butt. Also the breath to movement is perfectly timed for me. Thank you so much for this and I really hope you will continue to provide more.

Trav mate, this one has taken me to my physical limits many times over. Last night, though, I kept up strong, all the way to about 17:53 when something new happened: my spirit just broke and I stopped believing I could keep going. But I didn't give up entirely, instead I put on some chilled out music and did a solid 50 minutes of yin stretching to take advantage of the heat and turn a barrier into an opportunity. Like a supercharged flow n stretch session. Came out feeling great. Still inspired, trying to stay consistent and sending you my thanks. I'll be back on the app when money's less of an issue!

❤ one of my all time favourite classes when I’m short on time. I wish the end also included Agni Stambasana but that’s me being a brat.

I’ve probably done this class more than 100 times.

Whew! Right around 14:20, the pace REALLY picks up. The "yoga flow" turns into more of a "yoga flash flood".. I'm still a yoga n00b so I can''t keep up with the pace.. I have to slow down to make sure my form/alignment is good. But even though it's challenging for me, I keep coming back.
