Doctor, I have been suffering from an injury since a year now 😢 I got injured because of the wrong way of stretching 😢 and I am getting muscle pain oftenly and I can't tolerate anymore, I feel like when will I get as flexible and strong as I was before 😭 I want to do ballet moves again but I can't even do splits now 😢 I consulted two doctors but none of them worked for me 😢 please help me if possible 😭😭 I had worked so hard for two years to get strong and flexible and my all hard work turned into a lose 😭
