1. Commitment to waking up at the same time every day.
2. Change workout routine to more efficient exercises, such as high intensity interval training.
3. Delete Instagram and other social media from the phone.
4. Reduce time spent on shopping, both online and in-store, to save time and money.
5. Teach the kids to clean up after themselves

This is probably your BEST non business focused video, loved it. I too started waking between 0500-0530 so that I can get things done before I start my workday. In fact, I recently took time away from 'morning video reviews' and split the time so that I had an extra 15 minutes to practice the violin each morning (my goal for 2023). Waking early also allows me to get into work at 7 a.m. which means I can end earlier and do things in the evening. Thanks as always for great content that is real :). 😀 Luckily our kids are grown so that part is limited now lol. Have a great week.

I love this ❤️ Canceling my gym membership saved me money + time. I workout at home using body weight and dumbbells and go for nature walks. I also recently deleted my 2nd instagram account and don’t miss it at all. It was like a rabbit hole and I wasted so much time on it. I have one active but I’m mindful and I only spend 10-15 minutes on it ( usually when I’m waiting to pickup my kid after school or tennis).

I loved this video and being able to learn more about you! What I spend zillions of time on is actually working (not browsing) on Instagram. This month I made the decision to prioritize my YouTube channel again and have a business that runs on way less hours (heading to watch the next video now). I remember I started following you back in early 2017, you had around 50k subscribers and we actually had one live call together. Precious memories! Makes me so happy to see how your channel has grown!

It's great that you're teaching your kids at such a young age to do things for themselves. I have 4 grown kids, all in their 20s, and my youngest is still living with me & gaming rather than getting his own life together Iike his siblings have all done.
He's "the baby" and I think by the time I had him I was just so exhausted.
He did learn to wash his own clothes in 5th grade though since he only wanted to wear the same uniform short everyday. He still washes his own clothes to this day. (I wish I had taught him so much more as he grew up so that maybe he'd still be doing it & hopefully would have a job by now.)
The two men I married & had my kids with both passed away, 20 years apart. I was a 22 yr old widow with 2 baby girls, remarried & had my 2 boys. I feel that if he had a good male role model around all the the, my son would do much better, but they've all passed away.
Both husbands drowned 20 years apart in crazy freak accidents.

I also love the morning Bible Readings you're doing. I'm sure it helps very much to keep you motivated to then exercise & get everything done in the household & work. You definitely have alot on your plate.

Back in the early 2000s & after my kids were all born, I felt I rarely had the time to spend praying and reading my Bible. I would pack up the kids and go to church sometimes 2-3 times a week, but I didn't feel as close to God at times because I think I was just too overloaded. I was still married to my 2nd husband & after a few months, he stopped going to church & I just felt like everything was falling on my shoulders and mine alone. After 10 years of marriage, we had to divorce bc I finally got the courage & I had a good job to support myself and my kids. That marriage was not good at all. I'll spare you details bc he is my 2 Sons' father. And we're on YouTube.
God pulled me through some really hard times.
Most recently, we lost our home during hurricane Ida & now we're possibly going to be homeless (for the first time ever) or living with friends once they take back the fema trailer we're currently in.
I pray my son goes live with his other grandpa who is a devoted Christian & a great man. He could help my son finally get on a good path and get his life together.
Sorry my comment is so long, but I love your videos. You do a great job, you, your family and your home are all so beautiful.
I applaud you for doing all you do. I know it's alot, but you seem to have it all together & you deserve to know that from your community.
Great job!! Please keep the videos coming & thank you!!

This video surprised me, first I thought you a girl (an unmarried girl) you kept yourself fit with 5 kids that's amazing, second the way you are preparing your kids. They do most of their things by themselves its very productive learning. Well done. I appreciate you

This is some good, practical advice!! The more kids you have the more time efficient you become. I stopped at 4 kids so you're 1 up on me. Watching from Australia.

I completely agree..have been waking up early since 2 years, have not installed insta on phone, have been motivationg my family to be independant and messfree. Have also observed that having a word with husband before clicking that buy button, reduces unnecessary stuffs in house but need more ideas to not keep wasting time in organising. Hope it ends soon..thanks for the awareness..

I think my biggest time waster may be not having a plan. If I have to get up to get out of the house for a meeting early in the day, I have built in boundaries. Right now I am revisiting an online course I took 3 years ago. Just giving myself a specific time each day that I am "going to class" has me up at an earlier consistent time and looking forward to my morning. I want to build on that.

Thanks for doing the video. My biggest time waster is Facebook. You video is encouraging me to delete it from my phone, which I think that's the right thing to do. Appreciate your video again!

Wow, 5 kids! I remember when I started watching you I think you had your first or second and it feels like it was a month ago! Time 🌞I agree with your time saving tips, I have Instagram and online shopping that takes a lot of my time, and that shopping isn't even always about buying things, but looking for things - major time waster 😅.

Your kids are so cute!! 🙂 The tips you give are great for busy people everywhere. One discipline I'm trying to stengthen is Kaizen, which basically is 'continuous improvement.' In kaizen, I know that I must always Plan, Do, Check and Act. This way, when I want to make changes I test the change on a small scale before making a bigger change. Works perfect for goal-setting strategies like the one you share. Thank you!
