i did this exercises a year ago and reached 4 mins. i wasn't sure that I'll be able to hold my breath now after a year pause.... but i did it. and it was amazing. The last words of wisdom are just perfect. that's what i needed to hear

Dude! One of my favorite so far. Every time I start a new WimHof variation it take me some practice before I can totally get breath hold. I've been doing these for a year now and it's a life saver.

I am so proud. I started with DMT breathing just about a week ago
I have been taking drugs for 35 years until last year.
Now I am so proud that after few days of exercise I was able master this whole video w/o cheating.
It's a nice High in the end.

Beautiful message at the end and a lot better than drugs. I have complex type 2 ptsd after many terrible events and stage 4 arthritis and extreme pain. This has helped much more than any doctor, therapist or drug. I used to do an hour a day meditation but this is so much deeper and provides incredible relief from All! Thank you 😊 💓 ☺️ 💗 💛

I’ve been doing Wim Hoff breathing techniques here recently.

First time I’ve come across this version.
Right now I can only do about a minute breath hold. Going to do this everyday and work my way up

Idk about anyone else but I never needed to build up rounds - once I learned of this I’ve gone 7 minutes no breathing in a dark room it was crazy visual
