Stopper Placement Height Guidelines:
1. 5'1 ft and below (Gearbar at 1 (closest in))
2. 5'2 - 5'3 (Gearbar at 2 (middle)
3. 5'4 - 5'6 (Gearbar at 2)
4. 5'7-5'9 (Gearbar at 3 (furthest away/closest to the footbar))
5. 5'10- 6 ft (Gearbar at 3)
6. 6'1 and 6'3 (Gearbar at 3)

Extended Reformers are also available for taller individuals.
