I've been lifting consistently for almost a month now. I train full body 4x/week, 3 sets (8-12 reps) of 7-11 different exercises. I superset and do a lot of compound movements without much rest in between, so I keep my heart rate up. I haven't done any separate cardio in the gym. However, I live in Colorado so I do take a 1-2 hr hike weekly. So far my results have been incredible. Things are tight and I have muscles poppin' everywhere. I've increased what I can lift by a ton already. I'm SO amazed at how quickly my body is transforming (I'm a Endo/Meso mix if that helps). Lifting heavy has obviously been the missing link in my fitness. Ladies, lift weights and you will be rewarded!!! 🍑🍑🍑

I just recently joined a gym that has a women's only area to lift weights. Thank God! Men are just UGHHHH at the gym.. Like "GO HOME!!" lol

I do a mixture. Works great. Keep the heart rate up then do weights. I still have a bit of belly fat though

I used to go to the gym 6 days a week for 8 months straight. All I did was cardio for 40 minutes, I lost weight but only 30 pounds. I've never been so disappointed. I cancelled my membership and haven't been back in a year. I really want to lose 60 pounds before I turn 26 which is a year and few months way. Watching your videos I'm starting to learn a lot, and will be incorporating what I've learned when I start going to the gym again.

The more muscle you build....the more your body turns into a fat burning machine....the key is time and patience...but most importantly for all you woman struggling...don't fear the weights....train with weights and don't be afraid to go heavy over time. ...most important...for me ....my best cardio is when doing weights...
