Any food that lowers cholesterol will also lowers bp. These foods are normally high in magnesium, manganese and potassium. Practice adding cayenne pepper, moringa or amla powder and ceylon cinnamon powder to your meals throughout your eating window. Exercise after each meal for about 15 to 30 minutes. You can do the soleus push-up, feet exercise under your table

You would have to eat 47 bananas a day to get a daily dose, there are much better alternatives
