Ich habe gerade zum ersten Mal mit 2 Kettlebells trainiert.😅 (2x16kg)

300 Jumping Rope Skips
20 Push Ups -> 5 Double Deadlift -> 5 Double Row -> 5 Double swing -> 5 Double Clean -> 5 Double Front squat -> 5 Double jerk

Double snatch with 20kg is easy, but double OH Squat, for me us nightmare. I have 88kg, 183 cm. Almost 50 years. All ecxercise is good, but barbell DEADLIFT or Rack Pull, pull up with weight, front Squat, dips with weight is most powerfull. Gregory you are great. Like your videos.

The single most "powerful" exercise is the double snatch, not the half snatch, so that should be on the list imo

I quit my gym membership so I could invest more time and energy into cross training bjj and judo. Been watching your channel as I now do a lot more strength and conditioning at home with kettlebells rather than doing heavy powerlifting/bodybuilding
