How to increase your bench press—bench more. Ppl should bench more than one time a week preferably around 3-4 after you’ve worked your way up to that much volume but also shouldn’t be doing insane amounts of volume on days you bench either since your frequency is so high. This is for strength purposes but the only way you’re going to increase your bench is to increase your frequency of training the bench press

Tip from a Pro powerlifter, squeeze your pinky and ring finger at the spot where you start to slow down in the pressing portion, it gives you more power. idk how, just saw it somewhere

trust me guys, use your lats, first time i bench with lats, it feel really good after that… my chest and my lats feels hurt.. and that’s good, that mean i train my lats, i really hate lats training bcz it really hard to connect it.. but after do bench, damn it feels so good

Horrible advice if you wanna increase your bench do these things, arch, use wide grip, use belt and wraps, try premade programs, Larsen press, paused bench press, avoid training to failure, and experiment with volume
