Just a small video with a goal of helping you understand the basic stuff about programming for calisthenics. There are more things that we could talk about but let's leave that for some other time

Would love a video discussing a program that's both push/pull on the same day, 3 days a week.

Hey bro, first of all really love your videos. I am currently training for the front lever and my routine looks like this:
1. 4 - 5 sets of FL hold (currently 1 leg variation, aiming to get to 30'' hold time in total per workout)
2. 3 sets of adv tuck FL pull ups
3. 3 sets of high pull ups (since my 2nd priority is to make my muscle ups cleaner)
4. 3 sets of weighted pull ups/chin ups in the 6-8 rep range

Do you think this is enough volume for the Front Lever? And do I need to incorporate some FL raise variations?
p.s. forgot to say i do this pull workout twice a week

Great video! Could you go into more detail about undulating periodization in a later video?

What is your opinion on high volume calisthenics for building muscle & achieving Cali skills? Thanks👊

should I still train decline pushups (with books for more stretch) for chest? or completely ignore it because I need to focus on static holds? (I only do 1 set on this btw)

Great Video love your content :). Why do you keep the RPE on pull days always on 9 whereas on push days you set a range from 6-9?
