I really enjoyed listening to your tips. I felt like you was talking directly to me.

Tip 1: I have a hard time fulfilling my calorie minimum some days. I tend to undereat and go into that vicious cycle you spoke of. I’ve been getting better tho with keeping up with my macros and meal planning.

Tip 2: I have to also stop “restarting” because i tend to feel like a failure and want to give up. I’m learning to balance and eat smart within my macros.

Tip 3: I’m always looking for creative ways to prepare my meals. Thanks for reassuring that it’s ok to spice up our food and be creative.

Tip 4: I am guilty of boredism, and my coach has been working with me on changing this habit, lol. It’s funny that you mentioned this. I’m trying really hard to make better choices and keep healthier options around as well.

Tip 5: Right now because I’m in prep, I’m carb cycling. I’m also still learning my body, what it responds to the best, etc.; However, i do know that i gain weight easily, even with constant exercise, so i have to be extra careful with my diet, including carbs and fats.

Thanks for reassuring that all fats and carbs are not bad, and just keeping consistent with a healthy lifestyle. I’ve had a 130lb weight loss journey. Now I’m into bodybuilding and prepping to compete in my first bikini/figure competition. Your tips were very insightful and I’m excited to implement these new ideas that i haven’t already into my daily life.

So many people try building plans around food they hate and wonder why they can't stick to it. The key is accepting food is calories and macros and as long as you are hitting your numbers you can eat foods you enjoy, just ensure its nutrient-dense the majority of the time. Also as you said 'keep it spicy' 😜
