Love this! I'm a Life Coach for teens and college students and would like to share my two-cents . I personally think it's important to look for these things in a coach:
1. Authenticity/relatability
2. Intentional listening
3. Quickly Notices what gets in your way of your success /follow through
4. Teaches you how to course-correct - confidently
5. No judgement, only curiosity
6. Fearless in calling you out - speaking truth in love
7. Works "behind the scenes" on your program - not "just seeing you for that one hour"

Being coached is teamwork - the more connected - the better the results.

Yes, coaches have coaches. That's how much we believe in what we do and know it works!
It's so rewarding to help others. ❤

I never thought about a CPA being a coach! But I guess the good ones are.

I also have had 3 cortisone shots which didn't help much it just masked the problem my doctor wasn't much help either. What do you recommend?

Hello ive been diagnosed with Disc degeneration Facet joint osteoarthritis, It's been really hard to have this im 53. Ive had it for a year now since i got menapause at 51. I'm taking magnesium, K2- d3 and fish oil. I'm trying to watch what i eat & walk my dog. Could you please advise me of any other advice you could give me. I do smoke, trying to give up. Cut down a lot. Im just so depressed 😞 my walking isn't good i walk like my balance isn't great. I would really appreciate it if you could advise me Thank you Dr
