1st of all let me say that you’re body is a machine!! I found out about you on the news and I love you’re workouts. I got out of...well...moving for more than a few months and I’m back in the game thanks to you. I LOVE this video but you have such a variety of not only videos but workout moves in each video so I never get bored! Love leg and arm workouts.

I did this after the 300 Rep Squat Challenge and my legs feel so great! I feel like we hit every muscle and the more dynamic movements with a greater range of motion(the leg swings, clamshells, leg lifts, etc) felt really great after all the squats! This is defs my new favourite leg workout combo, don't tell Pam 🤫🤭😉
