Today I'm putting your thighs to the test... can you do this full 15 minute thigh workout without taking a break? I'm not saying you shouldn't take breaks if you need them, but I want you to push your body to its limit to get even stronger!

During the workout I listened to a history audio (final exam in a week) so I could think about which one is worse so the workout doesn't seem as painful as it is.

All these months of pilates is finally showing off..Could finish it completely with no breaks 😃 but I'm gonna feel them tomorrow 😭 Oh those 10secs break in-between was a much needed bliss.. Hope everyone is enjoying it whichever point of fitness journey they are in 😊😊

Cassey definitely has the best workouts on Youtube. They are very intense but her positive attitude makes them feel way easier! And they are also pretty inclusive and suitable for everyone as she always gives us other options.

Please I love this workout I’ve been looking so hard to find a workout to change my legs and I’m proud to say in the first week I saw results, they may seem small now but the more you do it the better the results don’t give up guys❤❤

I honestly don’t know how I managed to not fall over cause my legs were shaaaaking so bad!
So proud for finishing this workout without breaks, but not sure if I’ll be able to walk tomorrow 😅

Today I did the May calendar workout after starting April with the beginner calendar. I never thought I would be able to keep going for 45 minutes but I DID IT!! :D Thank you Cassie for everything you are doing for us. Lots of love from Australia <3
