Danielle, been doing your exercises for 6 months....big difference in my face! Ive done all your videos a lot, an YOU never change... you look the same from years ago until now. That is what Im trying to do. Im in my 75th year but look much younger. Thanks for all these great exercises and videos.

I'm a 65 year old woman who inherited some serious jowls from her dad. I've only been doing your facial exercises for a few weeks and see a slight difference in my jowls. They are years in the making so I'm not expecting overnight results, but I do already see a difference. The biggest difference is in the look of my skin. It's been years since I left the house without a foundation make up but my skin looks and feels so plump and radiant that I don't even want to put make up on it.
