It's been 2 weeks and i must say this exercise has reduced my face fat and double chin to a great extent. One must has to be patient and do this exercise sincerely for atleast twice a day it really works wonders....

doing this workout everyday twice!!! for a week, my results:
day one: no changes yet
day two: starting to see some changes
day three: some changes between the part where it connects to my ear
day four: i can definitely see that my jawline is getting stronger
day five: the sides of my jawline are becoming stronger and more see able
day six: my sister saw changes too :)))
day seven: i can feel that my jawline is more bold when even touching
day eight: it has defiantly reduced my double chin but not all so im still gonna do more once i finish this week
day nine: definitely stronger than before!!!!
day ten: my jawline is so much more visible and it has given me such a confidence boost!!! love this method

Day 4: ✅; a slight change underneath the chin!

It works!!! I started doing this for almost a week now and i'm so shocked at how fast it was to work. I had a big insecurity at how big my face is and now i had this nice jawline with cheekbones. Thanks alot ma'am 😊

I do this 3 times a day and yes my jaw has been making an improvement I've been seeing my contour too! I've been doing this for almost 2 months btw.

guys. It’s been about 2 weeks. THIS WORKS. One of my biggest insecurities is the fat i have on my jawline when I look sideways, now it lost some of it!!!! Please do this- it works!!!

Edit:
I do it 2-3 times a day, (morning, night and the 3rd time is whenever I feel like it lol) and I do it for 3-4 minutes each :))

I absolutely believe in facial exercises. I am almost 55 and have no real wrinkles or sagging. I teach beautiful skin and aging naturally and this works! I love you mention invasive procedures. I see so many clients that no longer look normal. Twenty and thirty somethings doing crazy things. We all need to love ourselves more and be grateful to get to age. Just take care of your skin and the muscles of your face!!
This takes time and patience and consistency!

Day 1:No changes (5times)

Day 3-4: There is a slight change, not sure if it is because of my new haircut
Day 5-6:same as day 3-4
Day 7: no changes so far
