i can tell u this works. after the first night of using this i went to go lie down on my phone and i accidentally opened snapchat and my double chin wasnt nearly as bad as usual. the 3 sets are totally worth it

Day 1: Hurts but not super noticeable.slight change
Day 15: Cause my dumbass forgot😂 but i actually did it every other day. Its stopped hurting. I looked back at reference photos and holy shit my jaw is so sharp and any extra chin fat is gone. However due to the virus ive been exercising ALOT more. Running 30 mins plus weight training. So that definitely aided the results. Keep at it you guys, eat healthy and stay home. Its getting scary so stay safe💓

Before you do this, make sure to take a picture of your face, front and sideways. You will literally see the difference. It's also good for motivation.

Day 1: ✔it gets a bit tiresome, I have quite a bit double chin even though I am not that fat
Day 2:✔ motivated, pushing through 🧘‍♀️
Day 3: ✔still going strong💪🏻
Day 4: ✔my neck fat above the collarbone is decreasing, it used to annoy me much more than now. At first, I thought I have almost no progress, but I compared the 1st day photo vs day 4 photo and there is a difference. 😍
Day 5: ✔ As a person who has never been physically active, I am getting very much into it. Still with a double chin, but it feels better.
Day 6: ✔ gets easier
Day 7: ✔
Day 8: ✔ neck is definitely improving, still double chin though
Day 9: ✔
5 days pause: ❌ was sick
Day 10: ✔
Day 11: ✔ my chin feels still double, but is getting smaller even though I had a pause with my workout
Day 12: ✔
Day 13: ✔ the biggest difference to me is at the sides under my jawline and the tip of my chin, I used to have more fat now and it is still less, also in the lower part of my neck it is a bit more tightened, not as loose and fatty as before

1st day: Hurts really bad to do it but I made it :3 I felt a tiny bit of difference already!
2nd day: Hurts less and I feel like there’s been more difference .o.
3rd day: Didn’t hurt at all and there has definitely been a difference!! This works amazingly!!!
Btw I did all 3 sets at once ^w^
4th day: Didn't hurt and my double chin is literally half gone xD but it wasn't that big to begin with ~w~ but still big
Quick tip: Don't bow your head for a long time because your chin will enjoy that position and get bigger.
5th day: Didn’t hurt and when I did it I felt that after I did it, it felt smaller.

*So I’ve finished doing this! It had an amazing result! But if you stop for awhile it’ll be back before you know it ÙwÚ. Anyway, good luck to you all who will try this ❤️ It took one week for some pretty good results @-@

I found these exercises like a month ago and so far it has really toned my whole round face. And even though I wasn't consistent but I saw a big difference in my whole face cut specially my jawline. Try to be consistent and do it twice a day for immediate results.

To anyone reading this, yes it works! I’ve been doing this for 3 days and and exercise 2 times a day. I can see the changes in my neck, it becomes more long (got rid of my fats in my double chin) and clear to see.

I've been struggling with a double chin pretty much my entire life even after losing 30 lbs, it never completely disappeared. So for the first time, I decided to try doing facial exercises and see if it can make a difference because I was kinda skeptical about these things. Because of quarantine, I have much more time in my hands now so I decided to follow her video everyday for 30 days (I also started to workout, I was doing the chloe ting's 2 weeks abs challenge at the time in April). In May, I started doing this video (the first one was her 14 mins can you get rid of a double chin? video, I left a similar comment on that one so more people can see it.) for 30 days and I started the Chloe ting's 28 days flat tummy challenge. In this one I noticed that my jaw lines were the most visible, in the other video I feel like since It was my first, I saw a difference in the overall look of my face. And now in June, I went to try a different video and I'm starting the Chloe Ting's arms and back program. I will leave a similar comment on her video that i'm currently on for this month once i'm done. I'm sure I would've seen way better results if I had also focused on my diet too but that's one thing that i'm still working on. Either way, I'm really proud of the results and I will continue to follow that. You guys consistency is key, if you keep pushing, you will see results. DON'T GIVE UP, you got this!👍🏻
