day 1

breakfast: unsweetened green tea, 2 boiled eggs, 2 tomatoes


lunch: 2 egg whites, 4 ounces of fish boiled or baked, and unsweetened green tea


dinner: fave veggies (steamed), green tea without sugar


day 2

breakfast: unsweetened green tea, 2 boiled eggs, and a banana


lunch: 2 egg whites 4.2 ounces of chicken, unsweetened green tea


dinner: a piece of rusk, 4 ounces of cottage cheese


day 3:

breakfast: a glass of tomato juice and 2 boiled eggs


lunch: unsweetened green tea, 2 egg whites, and 4.2 ounces of cooked red meat


dinner: green salad, 2 baked potatoes, unsweetened green tea

This diet works! Except I just ate hard boiled eggs for 3 days: 1 egg for Breakfast, 2 eggs for Lunch and 1 egg for Dinner. I ate 12 eggs in 3 days. I lost 6 lbs!!🤯 During this diet, I was so hungry I thought dirt looked delicious...
