3:40 I see you read the recent study on "dose-response relationship of protein intake" that came out on 1st of Jan ;) . I would suggest to put a source info when you present these kind of data. Nice work! Keep it up!

Great content again Peter....with regards to fat and protein consumption I am surprised you did no mention protein's higher thermic effect of food compared to other macronutrients, this together with the satiating effect you mentioned would normally mean its increased consumption can help to adhere to a calorie deficit

If we are in a slight calorie surplus like 200-400 calories, would it matter if we take like 1-1.5g protein per kg and rest from fats and carbs..would it impact muscle growth?

Is this protein intake recommendation based on total body weight or lean mass (exc. fat) body weight?
PS: Your videos are great! Very informative, and to the point.

Should I calculate my protein intake based on my lean body mass or my total weight? I am at 90kgs with a high bf percentage (25%-35%). Also, should my calories be based off of Lbm or total weight?

Great video! So are these studies new or recent? Because from Dr. Eric helms or Dr. Mike Iseratel, Ive constantly heard that 1g/lb of bodyweight is on the high end and usually more then enough, but in your video you reccomend 1.5g/lb as the bare minimum, is this just for new lifters or have they updated thier position of the subject?
