Mr. Goh, I woke up this morning with such a headache on my left temple that it made me so nauseous that I wanted to vomit. I had blurred vision due to dryness after my prk surgery. Practiced this for one week and the vision is super clear now. I made a change to the flow of excercise first used the warm compression followed by other steps. As the warm compression helps to melt the solid oil glands and rest of the steps helps to seep them out.
