Exactly! I have noticed that I feel better and lift better in the evening. I tend to go till failure on most of the sets I do but it exhausts me so much in the morning so I know that I haven't truly reached failure

Workout at morning is best, full of energy
Evening no for me, after a long and stressful work, barely have energy left
For unemployed people, they will say evening work for them

Used to workout in the morning and half ass my workouts, but now I do in evening before bed and my routines are much more intense and helps me sleep at night

I used to work out at 5-6 am daily, and once I had to go at 3 pm and I noticed I felt better, stronger. I've been going to the gym at that time of the afternoon ever since.

I workout in the evening regardless of what the science says. That's when I have time and like it the most.

Might try this in hopes of breaking the pull-up plateau I've been experiencing.
I like the idea a building up hydration and nutrients throughout the day for more energy. Definitely will try evenings

when i was younger, if i lifted in the evening it got all my blood flowing which made it a biotch to get to sleep. Maybe i should give it another look now that iam older because honestly it doesn't seem to give me the same energy boost .

Yeh no shit. Earliest i can work out is midday n thats only if i have a sruoid esrly lunch. Tried morning once n was like a complete waste of time

But weird since testosteron levels peaks in the morning and you have less general fatigue.
