I always feel sore or fatigued during my workouts but the moment I finish my workout I feel nothing and I was concerned if I'm doing enough. Coz after a workout I will be sweating and questioning my whole life but after 30 mins or 1 hour I'm ok as if I never worked out

Your muscles will be sore if you haven’t worked out in a while or if it’s your first time or if you increase intensity. Muscle soreness is variable though

After a month or so of consistency I noticed my soreness was very little in comparison to the start and some days I wouldn’t even have soreness. I remember talking to ky friend about how I almost missed the soreness because to me the soreness proved that I had hit a good intensity on the workout. But in reality you have to trust that if you are pushing hard even with low to no soreness the next day you are doing enough to grow.

Weight is to gain, reps is to maintain. Reps rip, and heavy weights build. It’s not complicated. And if your sore, rest or you will hurt yourself. Pain is their for a reason. Pain is progress. There’s a old saying no pain no gain. These sayings are there for a reason! Yes there old, that doesn’t mean there stupid.

The thing is, if your body gets used to something, you no longer feel the effects as much anymore, or the negative effects are just lessened to such an extent that you almost don't realize it's there.
