I do fasting twice a week....sunday and Thursday and its way easier than I thought, so proud of myself❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I continue to fast twice a week, 30-33 hours each time. So far, barley fitting into a size 8 jeans. I used to be a size 14. Also, I’m learning that my tendency to overeat is becoming more difficult.

I just did it for 25 hours! I slept most of the day! Got up and went to the commissary and ran some errands for 2 hours. After that went for a 30 min run. After that came home, took a shower and took a 2 hour nap. After that I got up and watch tv for a hour. Once that was over, I went to the bar and played dominoes for 2 1/2 hours. Came home and finally ate! I drank water a little bit but did not eat anything or consume any calories from 7pm Saturday til 8pm Sunday. I loved it

I went my whole Monday fasting only drank water the whole day and it wasn't even hard except when I walked in to the kitchen to grab a water😂

Mike, despite having over one year of IF experiencing, fasting every day, I had never done a 24-hour fast until earlier this week. It was a great experience. Despite eating at maintenance or slightly more every day since, I'm still at an all-time low bodyweight and have had to ramp up my eating because I don't need to go any lower and prefer to be no less than the low end of my 5-lb. maintenance range, this morning was 1.5 lb. below that. Keep up your good work as an IF Ambassador.

16/8 IF for a few years, did my first intentional 24hr fast a week ago.
Did my second yesterday, on my third 24hr fast now. Easy to do, working out while I do it throughout the day. Trying to lose the last bit of stubborn belly fat.
Might try a 48hr soon.

I'm on 28 hours now and about to go to bed for the night. I'm shocked at how easy it is! I don't feel hungry (I was ravenous after only 8 hours but it went away within an hour) and I feel so happy. I have a lovely buzz of contentment in my body, it reminds me of Christmas as a kid :)

I am fasting Monday + Wednesday for the last month, go out on Friday and Saturday and drink beer, etc, and still lose weight! Not to mention how great I feel after fasting.. lots of energy, finally stopped procrastinating. Best decision I have ever made! Thank you for the video.

Great video Mike I once did a 84 hour fast but the first 24 hours was definitely a hard part. I felt much healthier afterwards for sure

Great video. Been combining OMAD + IF and it has proven really effective in helping me lose weight. The part where you mention glycogen is really crucial. I've tried doing CICO before without fasting and even though I was at a deficit, my weight either increased or remain stagnant which was extremely demotivating. I gradually managed to implement a 16H fast, moving up to a min of 20-24 hours a day and the weight melt off like butter! Depleting your glycogen and converting stubborn fats into ketones is one of the major benefits among many of fasting.

I've been doing a 36 hour fast each week since November. I'm just getting into the groove of it now - last one was about 40 hours. My limit, at this time, is 48 hours, but I'm really only shooting for 36. I'll see where it takes me.

Great video. I usually fast on sundays and it gives me peace of mind that I don't have to watch the calories too carefully during the week days.
