A serious sweat in 12 minutes?! That's what you get with this 12 minute cardio abs workout and my oh my I could feel my ab muscles the next day and it was awesome! This workout is perfect to follow along at home or if you are traveling and want a quick sweat and no equipment strength session!
This cardio abs workout combines moves that both bring your heart rate up, but also build your abs, obliques, and core muscles! Talk about a big bang for your buck! This workout can be completed with either low-impact or high-impact plyo versions. I provide both options for you, so you can make this workout perfect for you!
As always, listen to your body, go at your own pace, take extra recovery when needed, and make the most of your time!
