A great opportunity to use the rounds for improvising your own variations going with what your body tells you, using the whole round to stick to just one method and then seeing how it affects you.
I like to vary the in to out ratio, eg, 3 counts in to 1 exhale, 1 in to 3 out, and also triplet time with 2 to 1 inhale exhale or 2 to 1 exhale inhale. Also variations on using the "shamanic" method of rhythmic pulses either in or out.
And I always hold on the inhale for as long as possible, it really maximises the "dmt" mimicking effect, especially when you've built it up over a few rounds. Just let out a bit of air as your safety valve in case you feel like you're about to pass out.

New to your channel, I came because I really wanted to get into a longer breath work session. I did reach the end of the session but I was not always comfortable with the volume of the music, the bass levels, and there were quite a few movements of the music that were dissonant. This doesn’t work for me but I wanted to express my thanks. Also, I am happy to see you sharing your breath work classes for free on YouTube. Music is a personal thing, so let my comments about the music be a reflection of my preferences and not a reflection on the quality of the experience. I’m sure that there will be a lot more people introduced to breath work as a result of your efforts. Many thanks to you 😊

ALERT! On Some of the rounds there is no “and take a big exhale“ at the end of the full breath in at the end of the round. So you may find yourself holding your breath rather than letting your breath out for the breath hold. I know this is true for round 15 and round 18 for sure.
