Excellent this 5 min series is very effective ! I was following another pilates vidรฉo for the abs but it was taking 17 min .i get the same result with this vidรฉo ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Wow. I really wasn't expecting that much of a burn. It really got the upper abs and I haven't found a workout that hit those like yours did. I feel great, but looks like I need to work on a stronger neck/back. Thank you!

I have scoliosis as well and I actually did this workout. Although my back didn't bother me my neck did so do you think that I should quit doing it?

Hi. I have really bad knee pain. I already had surgery about 5 months ago. Would this be bad or good for my knee. I know u have the video fir knee pain but that didn't work. I tried the docters to and that didn't work either. I know this is for abs but my sister said something's might be bad for my knee. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hello! I was wondering, I saw another video that did a similar workout to this ab workout and the woman said if you have scoliosis it's better to keep your shoulder blades down and put wedges under your back, one under your right rib and one under your left hip. I was wondering if you think this is necessary too since you also do some work outs for people with scoliosis as well. Thank you!

The series is so simple and hard at the same time, though the trainer could be alittle more empathetic and less annoying. Bu tat least, I, fibromialgic woman on her 30s, could do it.
