I love this girl. I was doing pilates for a year before I discovered her videos but I wasn't working out often cuz i found it (my pilates dvds & some videos on the net) very boring, i was quickly losing my motivation. Now with her videos i'm working out EVERYDAY, she's amazing! Thank you!

shaking, sweating, cursing....cassey you've got me working out and it feels great. thank you for always telling us to keep going and your "good job!"s at the end of each move are SO nice to hear when all you want to do is fall down and take a nap.

Cassey! Thanks so much for these videos! I've been wanting to start working out and getting fit all year but I could never find anything that worked and motivated me until Blogilates! I'm working really hard so that when the new year comes my resolution won't be to lose weight, but to have fun! I think with your videos and meal plans, I can do it! So thank you again so, so much for all the hard work you put into Blogilates! I hope to see you continue to inspire people for a long time to come!

Thanks for the new workout, Cassey! When I first tried it three days ago my initial reaction was total frustration at how challenging it was, considering I've been working out pretty regularly with you and others for over a year. But I tried it again the next day, and again the next, and lo and behold today I got through the whole thing! I really appreciate your ever-evolving approach to fitness; you're always pushing us harder. Thank you and congratulations on making partner!

The December 13 workout was so long today, but totally so much fun and worth it!!  I did them all and modified when I needed to, but still pushed.

Its 2 am, now having explored a few more videos, I just finished this part 2, after doing pilates for beginners - total body (as a quick warm up), then the "New body makeover! (legs, abs, arms)", then part 1 summer slim down and part 2. I feel Completely annihilated, totally worn out, but happy. :thumbs up: keep up the amazing and motivational work you do, I can tell you love it and appreciate that you're willing to share that passion for what you do with the rest of us. Thank you.

Your videos are fantastic. I do them on my living room floor. I've been working out for years and have never had such an amazing total body workout as your pop up Pilates videos.
