I am SO excited I made it on your show. I knew it. I just KNEW this question would get answered! I can't believe you spoke right to me at the end. YOU respect ME?!?!?!?! I can't even. I have your two books 'Everything is Figure Outable' plus 'Make Every Man Want You' (which I read in terms of being about personality transformation). They are quite remarkable in how they get to the heart of the matter. On the surface these books seem 'light' and 'breezy' - and they ARE very accessible, easy to read, and you have a great writing style. But they are also sharp, laser-focused and totally, deeply liberating. Wonderful books.

Tracking & Consistency have definitely been my steps to success in achieving my goals - Even just having the habit to do something 3x a week and tracing it can be enough - it doesn't need to be daily!!! I like to have 3x a week instead of "Mon/Wed/Fri so I have the flexibility to deal with my "real life" and haven't "lost my chance" if I don't do it on a Friday :) That's a system that works for me, anyway. :)
