My band teacher always said “Practice makes perfect, granted the practice is perfect.” He said playing a fast song slow but getting the notes right will help us much more than playing it the correct speed but with the incorrect notes

After rewatching this I after a couple years I realized that this video helped with everything I’ve done in the last 3 years this has been live. I got into rock climbing less than a year ago and around 3-4 months in I was about ready to throw in the towel. Instead tho, I begin to slow down and concentrate on the problem I’m front of me.
