This is a quick 5 min. Booty Activation Workout that warms up your glutes and butt muscles. I recommend you to do this before your normal booty workout to activate your booty,hamstrings and upper butt muscles. This 5 min. workout will help you to make your booty grow faster and build muscles.
I suggest you to combine this workout at home with my other booty workouts.

Love this one, Mary. Have done multiple times. Today added light band (was already warmed up). It was great. Ps I am on the Lean app too and loving you there as well.
