Join me for a quick 5 minute BOOTY BAND WORKOUT to tone and sculpt your glute muscles. Do this routine on it's own or use it as a glute activation before one of my longer leg workouts (linked below). All you need is a loop resistance band. I'll be using a light fabric band for this one. There will be no breaks in today's workout with 10 different moves for 30 seconds each. - Mat (optional)
