I really didn't expect such a good burn in just 6 min, in the beginning of the 2nd set my booty was falling off 😂😂😂 but I enjoyed it, 8 months pregnant, sooo you don't have an excuse to skip, guys 😝😝

I worked a double shift today and am exhausted but it is my resolution to work out every day this year. I wanted to give up today but saw you had 5 minute workouts. This was the perfect exercise to feel a burn while not fully exhausting my body after a long day of working.

This has always been one of my favorite booty workouts, but recently I bought a booty band and did this one again and yowza! It really makes a difference! Love feeling the burn! And love my booty band 🥹💛
